Huxley a new other interesting war game

In Huxley, the Earth has been ravaged by the fallout of the complete destruction of the moon (we can only assume that James Bond dropped the ball on that one). Devastating earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, and tidal waves have downgraded most of the planet’s habitable land to less than habitable, leaving two large cities as the sole basis of civilization.

Each of these cities, Nostolania and Eska is home to one of the game’s two playable factions, the human Sapiens and the mutated Alternatives.

Huxley’s avatar construction set offers the same basic options as most MMOs. You could manipulate your game character’s facial features and hairdo to your liking.

Each armor component (helmet, pants, boots, gloves and chest) has up to skill slots for purchased upgrades. These function as both passive and active combat abilities that give the user a competitive edge in the combat arenas. I equipped my armor’s skill slots with infrared vision, teleport and double jump, passing up HP scan, cloaking and clone decoys.

More powerful skills are unlocked as players climb toward the level 50, which the developers predict will take three months of regular play.

The final version of the city will be a bustling metropolis with a fully functional traffic system and crowds made up of real players. In contrast, the Alternatives’ city of Eska is more technology based, abandoning references to real world architecture for a completely futuristic design.

I hope you can enjoy this game!!
